Ricardo Hinojosa

CMO & Convergence Services Vice President, Alestra

Mr. Hinojosa is responsible for Alestra’s commercial strategy and its implementation for enterprise customers. He leads a team of professionals who deliver communications solutions that enable business success, which is a key function of service development, along with commercial positioning and technical presentations to the company’s markets. In addition, he is responsible for Alestra’s top-tier managed network services customers. Throughout his extensive career at Alestra since its founding, Ricardo has held many strategic positions, from services and commercial programs implementation to responsibility for primary national and international accounts, all of which have been fundamental to Alestra’s positioning in the Mexican telecommunications market. Ricardo holds an MBA from John E. Andersons School of Business at UCLA as well as a BD in Computer Systems from ITESM. During his career he has participated as speaker in several national and international forums.  

 

Jason Andrew

Vice President, Worldwide Marketing & Communications, BMC Software

Jason Andrew is the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing & Communications.  Based in Houston, Texas, Jason is responsible for Corporate Marketing and Field Marketing, with a focus on driving BMC’s go-to-market messaging.  He is also actively involved with BMC’s broad customer base through his management of BMC’s Executive Briefing Center as well as the Customer Reference and Executive Sponsorship Programs with BMC’s top 100 accounts globally.  Jason has hands-on involvement with the management of key content delivered to customers, facilitation of briefings, and outward-facing programs aimed at improving BMC’s partnership with key customers. Jason’s experience at BMC spans across multiple geographies and areas of the business.  He was previously based in Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for managing the delivery of solutions to the top 10 customers in AP.  He has also held positions in BMC’s R&D organization and in sales, as a principal software consultant. He has extensive knowledge in a variety of BMC products and solutions as well as a detailed understanding of customer implementations and the industry, as a whole. His technical background includes the development and deployment of solutions for both service and support management environments. Jason is a qualified chartered accountant with a major in commercial law.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. 

 

 

 

Bob Basiliere

Vice President, EMC Customer Programs, EMC Corporation

Bob Basiliere is EMC’s Vice President of Customer Programs.  He is responsible for worldwide programs that engage EMC customers and partners in all segments, industries and geographies in briefings designed to build lasting relationships and partnerships. He is a senior IT and business strategist who speaks with hundreds of EMC customers each year about trends in the IT industry, and challenges companies face as information grows and IT environments become more complex. EMC’s Worldwide Executive Briefing Program hosts thousands of customer and partner visits each year to EMC locations in the North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Bob is also one of EMC’s Worldwide Evangelists and represents EMC at major conferences and forums.   He focuses on IT industry trends, Information Infrastructure Strategy and building great business relationships. Bob joined EMC in 2000 as a Manager of Marketing Programs.   In 2001 he took responsibility for the company’s Executive Briefing Center on the headquarters campus outside Boston.  In 2004, he became Director of the Worldwide Executive Briefing Program, and in 2008 he became Vice President of Customer Programs. Bob leads a team of professionals who are experts in sales process, customer engagement programs, and building effective IT strategy. Prior to EMC, Bob spent 14 years in international sales, sales management and sales operations roles in IT channel organizations with IBM and Microsoft.

 

 

Dave Clark

 Vice President, Sales Systems North America, Johnson Controls

As Vice President of Sales for Systems, North America, Dave is responsible for the development and execution of our systems sales strategies with a focus on the profitable growth of the controls, fire & security and integrated systems business in North America. Prior to this role, Dave was regional VP & GM of systems for the Northeast region in North America. Dave joined Johnson Controls in 1987. Throughout his 20-year career here, he has held numerous leadership positions for the Building Efficiency business including, major projects sales manager, area general manager, area service manager, area performance contracting manager and branch manager.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Franklin and Marshall College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University.
