Conference Fee: The price for Spring Conference registration is $945 for members, $1195 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Supplier Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Supplier Members to attend ABPM events). Four+ Discount: Register 4 or more attendees in one registration and receive a 10% off discount code during the registration process to apply at checkout. All prices are Early Bird prices - after February 7, the member rate will increase to $1095 and the non-member rate will increase to $1325. You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express during registration. Or if you wish to submit an invoice to your AP department for payment, choose 'Print and Call' during the payment process and you can print an invoice.

Transportation and Parking: The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is 7 miles from San Jose International Airport. Taxi or rental car are recommended. Taxi is approximately $35 plus tip one way from San Jose airport. Valet Parking at the hotel is $18 per day and self-parking is complimentary.
Dress: All activities are business casual with the exception of the Gala Awards Dinner which is cocktail.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: To receive the Early Bird Rate, registration fee must be paid by Friday February 7, 2014. To receive the multiple registrant discount, attendees must register at the same time. Registration fees must be paid prior to Friday, April 4, 2014. You are registered at the time you receive a conference confirmation email from ABPM. Due to commitments for catering and transportation, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancellations received after Friday, March 7, 2014. However, substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellation and substitution notices must be received via email to email@example.com.
