We'll be in the locale with the highest concentration of briefing centers in the world for our 17th Annual ABPM Spring Conference April 13-15, 2010! ABPM conferences are excellent professional development venues. And with so many ideas being shared, so much creativity being generated, and so many connections being made, attendees will inevitably leave energized and ready to implement new initiatives that will take their programs to the next level.

Conference Fee: The price for Spring Conference registration is $845 for members, $1075 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Supplier Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Supplier Members to attend ABPM events). Four+ Discount: Register 4 or more attendees in one registration and receive a 10% off discount code during the registration process to apply at checkout. All prices are Early Bird prices and will increase $100 per registration after Friday, February 12. You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express during registration. Or if you wish to submit an invoice to your AP department for payment, choose 'Print and Call' during the payment process and you can print an invoice.
New Membership/Registration Bundle Deal: Receive the first year of membership free with non-member rate conference registration! This offer is only available to those who have never been ABPM members.
Transportation and Parking: The Marriott Santa Clara is 4 miles from San Jose Airport and 30 miles from SFO. South & East Bay Shuttle (408-866-6660) or taxi is recommended. South & East Bay Shuttle is $17 one way from SJC and $29 one way from SFO. Taxi is estimated at $17 one way from SJC and $90 one way from SFO. Parking at the hotel is $9 per day or $18 per day for valet.
Dress: All activities are business casual with the exception of the Gala Awards Dinner which is cocktail.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: To receive the Early Bird Rate, registration fee must be paid by Friday February 12, 2010. To receive the multiple registrant discount, attendees must register at the same time. Registration fees must be paid prior to Friday, April 9, 2010. You are registered at the time your receive an conference confirmation email from ABPM. Due to commitments for catering and transportation, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for cancellations received after Friday, March 12, 2010. However, substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellation and substitution notices must be received in writing.
