How do I log in to the ABPM.Events Platform? 
Your password is the same as the password you use to login to the MyABPM app. If you’ve never logged into the MyABPM app, use the password abpm1234 (passwords are case sensitive). Once you’ve logged in, you can reset your password. 

What if I’ve logged into the MyABPM app in the past, but I can’t find or don’t remember my login credentials? 
From the first Login Page enter your email address, accept the 'Privacy policy and Terms of use', then click Next. On the second page, click “Forgot your Password?” under the Login button to be directed to the change password page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email, please reach out to abpmsupport@thecxapp.com.

Who do I contact if I’m having trouble with the ABPM.Events platform? 
For any issues related to the ABPM.Events platform, please contact abpmsupport@thecxapp.com. Please provide screenshots, the browser you’re using, and as much information as possible about your issue so we can help resolve it.


How can I optimize my ABPM.Events platform experience? 
To optimize the performance of the ABPM event platform on your computer or device, please note the following system requirements: We recommend a minimum of 20Mbps download speed as well as the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge internet browsers. Note: Internet Explorer is not supported. We also recommend updating to the latest version of Zoom
