Annual Sponsorship Opportunities

ABPM Sponsorships are annual investments with comprehensive benefits and exposure throughout the year in almost every member activity that the ABPM offers. Each Sponsor level will own an element at a 2019 ABPM Conference. Assignments to specific conference elements will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (the sooner you get your commitment form in (page 4), the more choices you have) and the previous year’s owner has first right of refusal. We can accept Sponsorship commitments at any time leading up to the 2019 Spring Conference, but the deadline for recognizing your company as a sponsor in the Spring Conference preliminary agenda (which will be e-mailed in early January 2019) is Friday, December 7, 2018. Companies who notify us of their wish to be an ABPM Sponsor after that date will still be acknowledged on the ABPM.com sponsor page, the ABPM Home page sponsor rotation, revised digital conference materials and signage at all conferences, but will not be included in the initial launch of the Spring Conference.

This year, for the first time in ABPM’s 25 year history, we are raising the cost of both annual Supplier Membership ($1995 annually starting 1/1/19) and Sponsorship levels. We are doing this because costs from our vendors have increased significantly in the past several years, our membership numbers have increased significantly as well further increasing our expenses for sponsored elements, and we know that Supplier members prefer to keep prices lower for the briefing professional side of the membership to keep the participation barrier low for them.
