Who we are: Benett Communications works with industry leading companies on Executive Briefing Programs that build trust with customers, shorten the buying cycle and have a significant positive impact on business decisions.  We can help you launch a first-time Executive Briefing Center or assist you in invigorating an existing Program through benchmarking, strategic planning and training.

President Ann Benett managed the Global Executive Briefing Program at Apple and was Director of Curriculum and Training at Know How, Inc.  Ann served for six years on the Advisory Board of ABPM and another 5 years as the Facilitator for the Board.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and a Certificate in Training and Human Resource Development. Ann is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).

Candie Hurley has led the development of Strategic Client Engagements, Executive Briefings, and Customer Reference initiatives including fifteen years of experience in starting up and managing Briefing Centers and leading their global expansion. She has been active with ABPM since 1999 as an advisory board member, company member, and supplier member. She is a frequent workshop leader at ABPM global conferences and is the recipient of ABPM’s 2013 President’s Service Award.

Consultant Pam Evans led award winning Briefing, Customer Experience and Marketing programs at six enterprises over her career.  She’s served on ABPM’s Advisory Board and was the recipient of the ABPM President’s Service Award in 2014.  Pam is a highly regarded workshop leader at ABPM conferences and both her Briefing Centers and Briefing Programs have earned ABPM’s highest honor of “World Class”.

  • Preparing a LAUNCH PLAN for your first Briefing Center Program including strategies and timelines for staffing, budgeting, metrics, speaker program, sales engagement, marketing, program advisory board, processes and tools, hospitality and logistics and a quarterly ACTION PLAN.
  • Facilitating a KICKOFF STRATEGY SESSION with your executive team and key stakeholders when you launch or re-launch your Briefing Program, gaining cross-company insights and commitment to a best in class program.
TO ASSESS and ACCELERATE AN ESTABLISHED PROGRAM
  • Evaluating and reinvigorating an established Briefing Program including BENCHMARKING the program against industry standards and developing a recommendation, timetable and ACTION PLAN for taking the program to the next level. 
TRAINING FOR YOU, YOUR TEAM and BRIEFING FACILITATORS
Coaching and training on all aspects of planning and delivering effective Executive Briefings including Facilitation Training for Briefing Teams, Account Managers and Executive Hosts.  Benett Workshops include many of the ABPM’s Core and Advanced Competency Curriculum Courses (CCC and ACC).
