European Conference Day 2 Logistics

     

We hope you enjoyed the start of the ABPM European Conference. A big thanks to the Elekta team for hosting a wonderful Day 1! Below you will find information that will help Wednesday go smoothly for you.

If you are staying in the ABPM room block at The Montcalm Royal London House, breakfast is provided as part of your stay.

At 08:50, we will meet in The Montcalm Royal London House lobby and depart as a group at 09:00 sharp to take a 15-minute walk to the Salesforce Innovation Center. Please bring your ID and wear your ABPM badges. We also suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing an umbrella if weather is inclement. Please be on time to avoid being left behind. If you do arrive late and miss the group's departure, the Salesforce Center is located at 110 Bishopsgate, London.

You should have received an email from Salesforce Guest Services on Monday 19 June (Subject: Pre-register ahead of your visit to Salesforce). Please complete the pre-check-in process via that email before arriving at Salesforce so your security process will be easy. 

Once we arrive, we'll enjoy breakout sessions focused on topics based on needs specified by the European Community throughout the day. You can find a list of sessions with full session descriptions, times, and rooms in your MyABPM app and in your conference agenda. The Salesforce meeting space map is in the eContent section of the MyABPM app.

We'll end the day with a Solution Partner networking reception with fun, food, and drinks where participants can have conversations with ABPM’s Solution Partner Members who are vetted vendor resources serving the global membership. Bonus: your conversations will make you eligible for fantastic prizes in the process! See a map of the space and game rules here.

After the Solution Partner Networking reception, you can walk back to the hotel with the group or go straight on to enjoy your free night in London! Consult the "Maps & Logistics" section of your MyABPM conference app for suggested dining and activities. 

And to prepare a bit ahead for Day 3's evening event at Microsoft, look out for an email on Wednesday from “2 Kingdom Street Appointments” with a QR code to get you through the lift lobby. On Floor 5, a Microsoft visitor badge will be waiting for you to grab as you enter the Microsoft Technology Center. Someone will be on hand in the lift lobby and Floor 5 to sort out any issues should they occur.
