Without executive management support, even the most dedicated and passionate Briefing Professionals are going to have difficulty implementing their program strategies. All too often, programs that may be operating efficiently and serving their internal and external constituents well, go unnoticed by key company executives simply because the Briefing Manager did not understand the importance of obtaining and maintaining executive buy-in.
 
Having the knowledge and skill to demonstrate your program’s value and influence executives to jump on board goes beyond just mustering up the courage to ask an executive “once” for funding for a big project. Developing Executive Buy-in is an art that can be learned and used repeatedly to engage with and influence the right executives, at the right times, for the right reasons. Learning the methods that can help you garner this type of support is essential, if you wish to propel your program forward, and even your professional career.

Virtual Workshop Fee: The price for this virtual workshop registration is $349 for members, $495 for non-members (briefing professionals or employees of Supplier Member companies only - vendors must be recommended Supplier Members to attend ABPM events). During registration, you can pay with credit card (ABPM accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or ABPM members can create an invoice to submit to your AP department.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: The registration fee must be paid by Monday, December 12th, 2022. You are registered at the time you receive a conference confirmation email from ABPM. Due to commitments to the instructor regarding class minimums, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds/credits or void outstanding invoices for cancellations received after Friday, December 2, 2022. However, substitutions may be made at any time with the same type of registration (member vs. non-member). Cancellation and substitution notices must be received via email to info@abpm.com.
