Strategies for Multi-Center Programs (ACC)
Virtual Workshop taught by
Many briefing centers are part of a multi-center program with other domestic and perhaps global locations. Accompanying the complexity of multiple centers are the challenges of budgeting, staffing, communicating and managing a consistent customer experience across geographies and time zones. While important, the hurdles to collaborate, were historically too complex to solve.

Then, March 2020, Pandemic! Everything changed and collaboration was now critical and urgent! Teams found workarounds to collaborate with other centers, regardless of reporting structures, budget constraints and “we’ve always done it this way thinking”. Location and distance were no longer significant, executives and discussion leaders were available to virtually support all customers.
Now briefing centers are re-opening and executives and thought leaders have returned to their BAU schedules. Many briefing professionals are asking, “How can we maintain the customer experience standards we developed during the pandemic?” Is there a way to match the preferred executive and discussion leader with the attendees of each briefing, regardless of location?”
Join the discussion and hear proven strategies for effective multi-center programs. Successful multi-center programs are more cost-effective because they share a common vision, business strategy, program tools and operation practices. They also report a more consistent and memorable customer experience.
This virtual workshop will occur in the ABPM.Events platform. Login information will be included in your event registration confirmation.
