Characteristics of a World Class Program
(CCC) Virtual Workshop
Tuesday, July 16, 2024
10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (CST)
Are you:
- Launching a new program?
- Raising your program to the next level?
- New to the Briefing Profession?
- Completing your ABPM Core Competency Training?
Not sure where to begin? This webinar is for you! You don’t have to re-invent the wheel!
The ABPM World Class Characteristics have been called the roadmap and blueprint to success. Understanding the World Class Characteristics is the best place to begin your journey to start a new program or to identify where opportunities for improvement exist. In this workshop, you will receive a copy of a confidential self-assessment of your program and see how it compares to other programs. We’ll also explore in-depth the four categories of Operations, Customer Experience, Analytics, and Management and provide best-in-class examples of each. Note, these standards of World Class Briefing Programs are continually monitored and revised by ABPM's Advisory Board, award-winning programs and industry thought leader. They truly are the foundation of successful briefing programs.
Your presenter of this highly-interactive workshop will be EBP expert and consultant Ellen Barnes Pfiffner.
