You will work closely with WW Customer Advocacy senior leadership to identify and lead key initiatives across the organization, in order to ultimately drive more effective and engaging customer experiences.   

 

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager who’s passionate about customer engagement to drive new shared services and customer facing experiences across our centers, with particular focus on leading our Global Discussion Leader Program and growth of our Virtual Briefing Platform. This is an exciting and challenging role that puts you at the intersection of dynamic HPE customer experiences and sales, which will evolve over time as HPE’s go-to-market strategy evolves. Working as part of a cross-functional team you’ll be responsible for collaborating across HPE marketing teams and business units.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Shape planning and business reviews for the organization
  • Capitalize on customer insights, and use those insights to develop interactive tools for sales, discussion leaders and briefing teams
  • Define customer experience requirements across customer touchpoints spanning the HPE portfolio 
  • Apply and tailor customer experience design methods to lead complex cross-functional and/or cross-business teams in the creation of customer experiences
  • Lead horizontal teams to deliver experiences to the market
  • Develop and implement customer experience metrics to track success
  • Design and manage customized customer experiences and briefings for the briefing center(s)
  • Provide direction and guidance to process improvements across the organization

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expert knowledge of marketing fundamental, products/services/solution lifecycle and knowledge management
  • Experience in developing and driving consistent field adoption of industry/segment message
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and customer segments and demand generation program
  • Familiarity with and/or experience in partner management
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
  • Excellent influencing and consensus building skills
  • Extensive experience with cross- functional/cross-organizational senior management, partner and/or customer interface; dealing with complex strategic/tactical issues.
