Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Center Coordinator will be responsible to support the CEC Manager with coordination and management of customer briefings. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining internal briefing tools, speaker repository, and overall alignment with Marketing and Sales. The coordinator will be responsible for day of support of the briefings including rehearsal, checking the room for readiness, audio visual set up, food and beverage and coordinating the overall customer experience.

Requirements
Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Center Coordinator will be responsible to support the CEC Manager with coordination and management of customer briefings. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining internal briefing tools, speaker repository, and overall alignment with Marketing and Sales. The coordinator will be responsible for day of support of the briefings including rehearsal, checking the room for readiness, audio visual set up, food and beverage and coordinating the overall customer experience.
  • Responsible for general support of the Customer Experience Center and other conference centers
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies and customer giveaways
  • Organize internal meetings and events other than briefings that take place in the Briefing Center
  • Assist CEC Manager on special projects
  • Personalize customer collateral and welcome screens
  • Provide logistical/concierge support for customers and account teams if needed including dining, transportation, lodging, entertainment
  • Coordinate with security and reception desk to confirm incoming guests
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all internal and external guests
  • Assist with scheduling all engagements and events in coordination with CEC Manager
  • Refresh all marketing collateral and maintain inventory
  • Update the briefing schedule daily
  • Handle updating all customized video displays listing engagements and events
  • Coordinate the ordering of catering for all engagements including the setup/breakdown and cleanup
  • Manage all catering procurement details (coordination for delivery, collection of receipts, and recording billing information)
  • Maintain briefing management tool including topics, speakers, catering, set up, reporting etc.
  • Handle the distribution and collection of briefing feedback forms, including entering feedback data into the briefing management system and providing results to the account team
  • Track attribution of briefings within internal CRM
  • Manage pre-engagement arrangements prior to the start of the briefing, which includes the cleaning and setup (meeting logistics – agenda, feedback forms, name tents, badges, A/V setup, pad/pen, etc.)
  • Provide concierge-style service to all customers; meet and greet customers as they arrive at reception and escort them to the CEC
  • Manage all CEC and other conference spaces including daily cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management


Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 2+ years’ work experience in customer service, events, or high-level administrative support
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administrative and event coordinating skills
  • Knowledge of customer briefings, briefing tools, logistical planning a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with C-Level executives and sales teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and pivot in an ever-changing environment with little direction
  • Proven success in working with strict deadlines, under pressure and managing intricate details
  • Professional appearance and welcoming friendly demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide a creative approach in a complex environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a high profile, fast paced technology company preferred
