Executive Briefing Centre - Program Manager
Please apply online via this link

This is an exciting time to join the team and shape the program in its new location. The London Battersea Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) only recently opened its doors to customers on 17th April 2023.

The individual will have a strong commitment to Apples values, role modelling these at all times and will focus on maintaining the right team environment and culture. A commitment to individual’s development is also important for this position in line with the overall culture of the SP&O organisation.

Being successful in this role will require an eye for detail and obsessing over the customer experience. A huge amount of thought has already gone into designing the Executive Briefing Centre, but the customer experience goes beyond the beautiful fixtures and fittings. This role requires someone to obsess over the small details which enrich the experience, champion best practice to WW and share these insights within the EBC’s in region. This is why tenacity and strong communication skills are essential.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Team leadership - lead a cohesive team which have clear goals and responsibilities. Leading regular team meetings which focus on the operational day-to-day delivery, and also ways to innovate and enhance the experience. Regular 1:1’s with the team provide regular feedback and help to grow and develop knowledge and skills.

- In addition to managing the Briefing Consultants who support the delivery of briefings and events, this role will need to directly manage briefings and events as well to ensure full operational coverage. Activities would include (but not limited) to qualifying EBC requests via MyBooking tool, responding to the briefing/event host to obtain additional information about the purpose of their briefing/event, liaising with Caffè Macs for catering, facilitate badging and site access, guide the host through the agenda, speakers and delegate management through various planning meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day and obtaining feedback post briefing/event.

- Define key performance metrics for the Executive Briefing program, align the team on the feedback loops and metrics used to measure success, and roll out a cadence for sharing this with key stakeholders.

- Stakeholder management - maintaining a wide range of stakeholders relationships, such as Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Industry Leads, Systems Engineers, Facilities, Environment, Health & Safely (EH&S), Caffè Macs, Marcom, Product Marketing, SP&O leaders, WW Channel Sales Operations (CSO), Finance, and Information Systems & Technology (IS&T).

- Regularly connecting with other Executive Briefing Centres and Customer Briefing Centres in EMEIA.

- Partnering with Worldwide to align on how briefings at Apple should run, whilst continuing to share EMEIA best practice.

- OPEX Management - managing a budget in partnership with our Training Operations Manager.

- Management of PO’s with vendors and internally.

- Regular review of the PlanIt tool with the Briefings Consultants and Tech Lead to ensure proper utilisation of the EBC.
