Executive Briefing Center Evangelist, APAC

The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Evangelist is a trusted technical advisor who provides on-site product demonstrations and custom demos for APAC customers and partners at the Singapore Experience Hub (EBC).
This role is a part of the Global Executive Briefing Team, and you will leverage your technical solution knowledge to showcase the Zoom platform to our Enterprise customers and partners, including the upkeep and maintenance of the EBC demo content library and equipment hardware.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision and direction, and comfortable with collaborating with cross-functional groups across technical sales and solution architect, solution engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.

Job responsibilities:
- Demo presenter for on-site and virtual demo sessions for the Executive Briefing Program
- Understand and apply knowledge of the solutions according to the customer’s requirements during a demonstration
- Maintain and improve demo solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners
- Use a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders when required
- Independently resolve complex technical issues and maintenance of demo hardware, including hardware equipment set up prior to each demo
Qualification:
- 5+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
- 5+ years in a product/solutions marketing team or customer-facing technical role required
- Experience within the UCaaS industry preferred
- The successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with solution architects and engineers.
- Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems
- Comfortable with demonstrating in front of a live camera production environment
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Good time problem-solving and time management skills and comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to adapt, open to learning new things, and work in fast-paced and changing environments
