Role: 

This seasoned person will lead the Americas Briefing Program Manager team. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to make a positive impact and shift within the Americas Executive Briefing Program. We are looking for someone with an executive presence, ability to see opportunity and create change to better the program, a high-energy, self-starter with an established, documented competence in Executive Briefings and or Executive Programs within the technology SAAS sector. You like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

You will establish and grow partnerships with executive leadership and sales organization within your region. You will maintain key stakeholder engagements and develop a network within the ABPM community. You will provide thought leadership and engagements to create up-leveled experiences. You will be data driven with a keen focus to maximize EBC opportunities and deliver maximum value to the organization.  

The candidate must be able to drive the Americas executive briefing program strategically and take a hands-on approach to delivering high quality, experience filled, briefings and initiatives within a hyper-growth fast paced environment. You will lead the strategy and advise the team on how to design tailored engagements to maximize the outcome from executive engagements both for customers and ServiceNow.  

You will lead the team and identify areas of driving a higher impact to support sales in their customer priorities and revenue goals. You will work to develop a high-performing team of briefing managers that support customer relationship development and pipeline generation / closure through strategic customer briefings and engagements in both a physical and digital setting. You will foster a culture that delivers our on our people pact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Champion a customer-centric Americas Executive Briefing Center program
  • Deliver an annual EBC program aligning with core sales objectives through rigorous team management balancing volume yet ensuring quality 
  • Inspire a network of internal champions to help drive and orchestrate the overarching Global Executive Briefing Program strategy and roadmap with an eye on regional priorities
  • Establish strategic relationships and cross-functionally collaborate on EBC programs with teams including our own C-Suite and board members, sales, field marketing, industry GTM (Go to Market), customer advocacy, executive programs, and sales strategy
  • Lead, coach and inspire your central EBC team to develop, scale and deliver on a world-class Executive Briefing Program
  • Use best practice approaches from leading edge and top tech companies to deliver a robust yet unique program
  • Report on executive programs results, ensuring ROI (Return on Investment) is measured with pipeline acceleration, customer penetration and other metrics at an account level
  • You will build the EBC brand internally to ensure that the program continues to thrive under your leadership
  • You will be responsibility for the successful execution and operation of the Innovation Centers in both New York and Santa Clara, pushing for white glove only experiences, cutting edge innovation and quality content management
  • Define and deliver an annual internal communications strategy that seeks to promote EBC success stories, sales wins and program announcements
  • Define and deliver an annual external communications strategy that seeks to promote EBC value and opportunity to our external customers  
  • Maintain and build on a culture of ‘best practice’ seeking to improve and initiate innovations to up-level the experience for our customers
  • Lead a comprehensive briefing strategy to engage the right executives with the Americas EBC program, managing and expanding an enhanced EBC experience
  • Manage an annual calendar of EBC initiatives, thought leadership, experiences and programs, including our Executive Briefing Program at World Forums and Meeting Centers
  • Develop a blueprint and methodology that enables scale for others to leverage within smaller formats as appropriate
  • Operational excellence is a core foundation of the program's success, you will maintain and improve program operations 
  • Build, lead, coach and manage a high-performing team that builds and executes the EBC Engagements globally 

 Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate brings 15+ years focused on executive briefing program or strategic executive engagements leadership
  • BS/BA and related work experience required, MBA a plus
  • An inspirational leader, dedicated to inspiring and developing talent
  • Solid grasp of the marketing funnel and target strategies to acquire and grow customers
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
  • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers
  • Demonstrated leadership running marketing programs for a variety of audiences and a broad solution portfolio
