T-Mobile Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) program is seeking a strong builder and collaborator to own and evolve the portfolio of our Solution Showcase demos. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and buildout of the product and solution demonstrations within our Executive Briefing Centers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all demos are aligned with the portfolio of T-Mobile solutions portfolio for Commercial and Public Sector customer business needs, showcasing our products and solutions effectively to key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and prospects.Job Responsibilities:

Demos Strategy Development:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for product demonstrations within the Executive Briefing Centers, considering target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to understand product positioning, key features, and competitive differentiation to tailor demo experiences accordingly.
  • Partner with the EBC Content Manager to ensure the portfolio of demos compliments the EBC topics catalog, and adequately represents the priority T-Mobile and Partner solutions for our Commercial and Public Sector customers.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and prospects, regarding demo requests and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and sales teams, to gather feedback, incorporate input, and ensure that the demos developed by third-party agencies meet the needs and expectations of our customers and prospects.
  • Develop and lead a community of cross-company experts with the goal of showcasing the best technologies, demos, and interactive experiences within the briefing center.
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support in tailoring demo experiences to address specific customer needs.

Content Development:
  • Work closely with product experts and solution architects to create compelling demo content that highlights key product capabilities and addresses customer pain points.
  • Work with content experts around the company, maximizing existing content to develop scripts that enable repeated delivery of relevant and cohesive customer stories across multiple products, services, and devices.
  • Develop and Customize demo scripts and presentations to align with the specific needs and interests of different audience segments.
  • Develop content refresh strategies to ensure continual relevance for the briefing center’s audience.

Program Management:
  • Plan and lead the end-to-end process of scheduling, preparing, and delivering demos within the Executive Briefing Centers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and third-party experience design agencies, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and effective coordination throughout the demo development process.
  • Oversee the demo development process, including concept ideation, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and production, ensuring that the demos are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of demo materials developed by third-party agencies to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company messaging and branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all logistical aspects of the demos, including equipment setup, AV requirements, and facility arrangements, are in place.

Performance Measurement:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of demos in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
  • Analyze feedback from stakeholders and incorporate insights to continuously improve the quality and impact of demo experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of third-party agencies, including their creative output, adherence to timelines, and budget management, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall demo experience.

Training and Enablement:
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate sales teams on effectively using demos as a sales tool to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales teams on positioning and delivering compelling demos tailored to different customer scenarios.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in program management, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience in developing content for product demonstrations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strategic problem solver with a customer-centric attitude and a track record of driving results through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of mobile operator solutions.
  • Experience in executive engagements with successful content, demo, and scenario delivery
  • Previous experience delivering demos/content through third-party agencies.
  • Prior technology evangelism experience.
  • PMP and industry certifications in relevant technologies.
