Experience Center Evangelist, EMEA

As the Experience Center Evangelist, you are a storyteller and technology lover at heart with a passion for solution-powered demonstrations and putting things in the context of your audience’s business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision and direction, and comfortable with collaborating with cross-functional groups across technical sales and solution architect, solution engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.  

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive Briefing Manager and Account Teams  to understand customer pain points that will help customize and plan your presentations per each visit

  • Conduct  compelling storytelling, presentations and demos on-site in London at our new state of the art Experience Center

  • Understand and apply knowledge of the solutions according to the customer’s requirements during a demonstration 

  • Maintain and improve demo solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners

  • Stay abreast of Zoom products, vertical and horizontal use cases, target personas and value propositions on an ongoing basis

  • Use a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders when required

  • This role requires the candidate to be onsite at the office for the majority of the time

  • Support resolve of complex technical issues and maintenance of demo hardware, including hardware equipment set up prior to each demo in partnership with EBC Technical Operations team members.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies

  • 5+ years in a primarily customer facing position at the UpMarket/Enterprise level 

  • Experience within the UCaaS or CCaaS industry preferred

  • A successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with solution architects and engineers.

  • Comfortable with demonstrating in front of a live camera production environment, large audiences, and intimate audiences alike

  • Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm combined with polish and poise

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, adaptable in tone and pace based on the audience at hand

  • Good problem-solving and time management skills, comfortable with managing multiple projects at once and prioritising

  • Ability to adapt, open to learning new things, and work in fast-paced and changing environments.



 

It’s a bonus if…

  • You’ve worked in an Experience Center or EBC program in the past

  • You have creative writing skills and can help with story arch design

  • Experience in design-thinking concepts or workshops 

  • You speak other languages!
