Sr. Manager, Executive Briefing Program

Genesys is searching for a world-class Executive Briefing Program professional who will personally manage our Highly Visible Executive Briefing Center and related Executive Hospitality Experiences and Programs.  You’ll lead our efforts to provide world-class solution briefings to our customers, prospects, and partners.


Success in this role is based on ensuring executives can confidently move forward in their decision-making process, feel appreciated and understood, and be inspired that their business outcomes are more easily reached in partnership with Genesys.  This is a critical role on our customer-facing team and facilitates our ability to have meaningful conversations and build better relationships with our customers and prospects.  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Champion a customer-centric Executive Briefing Center program
  • Deliver an annual EBC program aligning with sales objectives
  • Establish strategic relationships and cross-functionally collaborate on EBC programs with teams including our own C-Suite, sales, field marketing, customer advocacy, etc.
  • Report on executive programs results, ensuring ROI (Return on Investment) is measured with pipeline acceleration, customer penetration, and other metrics
  • You will build the EBC brand internally to ensure that the program thrives
  • You will be responsible for the successful execution and operation of the Executive Briefing Centers in Menlo Park, pushing for white glove-only experiences, cutting-edge innovation, and quality content management
  • You will oversee all elements of hospitality and logistics from food to transportation and ownership of onsite experience and technology

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and hospitality or related field or 3+ years of experience 
  • Strong program, project, and time management skills – highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests. 
  • Solid grasp of the marketing funnel and target strategies to acquire and grow customers
  • Excellent cross-functional team player who can excel at both strategy and execution
