Solution Showcase Information for ABPM Solution Partners

One of the many benefits available to you as an ABPM Solution Partner is free exhibit space during the Supplier Celebration at the ABPM Spring Conference. To receive the space (which includes a 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 8’ area with 4’ or 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs), you must be registered to attend the conference.
Due to space constraints, there are fewer spaces available than there are Supplier Members, so spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors are guaranteed a space and will receive premier placement in order of level as part of their benefits, but must return the completed form by the deadline. We encourage you to register for the conference and return this COMPLETED form as quickly as possible but no later than Friday, February 18th to ensure your company is represented at the Supplier Celebration. Your form will not be accepted unless you have at least one person from your company registered for the Spring 2022 Conference and the form is complete (TBD will not be accepted in any spaces).
An information packet including shipping information, a schematic showing the Supplier Celebration layout, and your location will be sent to you by early March. Meanwhile, if you are making travel arrangements, set-up time on the day of the Supplier Celebration will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in Ballroom ABCD. With no exceptions, all Supplier spaces must be set up by 12:00 pm to avoid noise during the opening general session.

Supplier Networking & Snacks from 12:00-12:30 pm. We’ve observed that ABPM Suppliers members who partner with and support each other are even more successful. Use this time to build relationships with your fellow Supplier members.

If you are shipping items directly to the hotel, bringing large items (crates, pallets etc.), or need items in addition to the skirted table and chairs (electric, AV, etc. - billed directly to you from the hotel), a hotel order form will be provided upon confirmation that you have a space. For all AV, including electricity, send the form via email to Randy Festejo at by Friday, April 1st (however, the earlier the better). Due to time required to fulfill requests, AV forms will not be accepted after April 1st. During our last conference at this hotel, some exhibitors had trouble getting their pallets and set-ups through the doors - please be mindful of size! Sizes to fit through a standard door would be perfect.).
