Solution Partner Showcase Information
One of the many benefits available to you as an ABPM Solution Partner member company is the opportunity to have an exhibit space during the Solution Partner Showcase reception at the ABPM Spring Conference for free. Sponsors are guaranteed a space and will receive premier placement, in order of level, as part of their benefits. Due to venue space constraints, there are fewer spaces available than there are Solution Partner member companies, so spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the space (which includes a 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 8’ area with a 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs), you must be registered to attend the conference.
We encourage you to register for the conference and return this COMPLETED form to firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible and no later than February 10th to ensure your company has a chance to be represented at the Solution Partner Showcase reception. Your form will not be accepted unless you have at least one person from your company registered for the Spring 2023 Conference and this form is complete (TBD will not be accepted in any spaces).
An information packet including shipping information, a schematic showing the Solution Partner Showcase layout, and your location will be sent to you by early March. Meanwhile, if you are making travel arrangements, set-up time on the day of the Solution Partner Showcase will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Georgian/Arlington/Berkeley/Clarendon Rooms. With no exceptions, all spaces must be set up by 12:00 pm to avoid noise during the opening general session.
If you are shipping items directly to the hotel, bringing large items (crates, pallets etc.), or need items in addition to the skirted table and chairs (electric, AV, etc. - billed directly to you from the hotel), a hotel order form will be provided upon confirmation that you have a space.
