Solution Partner Showcase Participant Information
Space assignments for the upcoming Solution Partner Showcase on March 25th at the ABPM Spring Conference in Santa Clara can be found here. This is the page we will share with the wider ABPM membership, so please proof your company name, core services description, and prize listing. Please see below for important details about your space. If A/V, electricity, etc. are needed, you must order that in advance directly through the hotel.
Every year it is a challenge to assign spaces based on many factors. Primary considerations are making sure Sponsors have premium spaces as part of their sponsor benefits, keeping in mind what we know about each Solution Partner’s setup, and distributing service types around the room. We appreciate your understanding of that challenge and your willingness to work with your neighbors.
The event will be held from 5:00 - 7:30 pm directly after the Opening General Session on Monday, March 25th in the Ballroom ABCD of the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara. Set-up time on the day of the Solution Partner Showcase will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. With no exceptions, all Solution Partner spaces must be set up by 12:00 pm to avoid noise during the Opening General Session.
For those who are new, these are 10x10 and 8x8 taped spaces, which you fill (unless you requested a table and chairs). There is no pipe and drape. You can see photos of the 2023 Solution Partner Showcase in Boston in the photo album here.
If you need any additional items beyond the supplied 10x10 or 8x8 area you have been assigned (or table and chairs if that’s what you indicated you need on your form):

- For any AV items (monitors, laptops, cables, etc) please use the "Pinnacle AV Order Form" downloadable from the right column of this page and send to Anh Le at anh.le@avms.com no later than Friday, March 8th (however, the earlier the better).
- To order electricity for your space, contact Anh Le at anh.le@avms.com.
