We look forward to welcoming you on Day 1 of the ABPM Spring Conference tomorrow! Below, you will find information that will help the day go smoothly for you.
The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is the primary location of the 2024 ABPM Spring Conference and is located at 5101 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA United States 95054.
Transportation & Parking: The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is approximately 6 miles and a 10-15 minute drive from San Jose International Airport. Parking is 40 overnight and varies during the day depending on length of stay. Use your room key for a $5 discount.
Please download the NEW MyABPM app via iTunes or GooglePlay prior to arriving at the conference. The MyABPM app will allow you to stay connected with up-to-the-minute information every day of the event with useful and collaborative features. Make sure that you use the email address provided during registration when signing into the app.
***Important: This is a new version/provider of the app. You will need to uninstall any previous download of the MyABPM app first.***

- Conference check-in will be 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25th in the Lobby West on the ground level of the Hyatt Regency. A hotel map can be found here. If you miss check-in, join us for the opening general session in Grand Ballroom EF. Following the general session, there will be a manned ABPM table with remaining conference badges outside of the Grand Ballroom ABCD during the Solution Partner Showcase from 5:00 - 7:30 pm.
- If you’re a first-time ABPM event participant, please plan to attend the Newcomer’s Orientation starting at 1:00 pm sponsored by Derse in Cypress, 2nd level. During the orientation, you'll meet your fellow newcomers, Ambassadors, ABPM Advisory Board Members, and you'll learn how to best navigate the conference.
- Opening General Session 2:00 - 5:00 pm in Grand Ballroom EF sponsored by Hyperquake: Join us as we kick off the conference with opening remarks from ABPM President Elizabeth Simpson, Kicking off the Connections, and Tucker Bryant's keynote: The Poet’s Keys: A Guide to Unlocking Innovation.
- Solution Partner Showcase Reception 5:00 - 7:30 pm sponsored by AVI-SPL: This reception celebrates ABPM’s vetted Solution Partners and is designed to meet your information needs! During the evening, briefing professionals will enjoy heavy hors d‘oeuvres and beverages, collaborate with ABPM Solution Partners to solve their top challenges, and become eligible for prizes in the process!
