Supplier Celebration Information for Suppliers

One of the many benefits available to you as an ABPM Supplier member is free exhibit space during the Supplier Celebration at the ABPM Spring Conference. To receive the space (which includes a 10’ x 10’ area with 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs), you must have at least one person from your company registered to attend the conference.
 
Due to space constraints, there are fewer spaces available than there are Supplier Members, so spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors are guaranteed a space and will receive premier placement in order of level as part of their benefits, but must return the completed form by the deadline. We encourage you to register for the conference and return this COMPLETED form as quickly as possible but no later than Tuesday, February 11th to ensure your company is represented at the Supplier Celebration. Your form will not be accepted unless you have at least one person from your company registered for the Spring 2020 Conference and the form is complete (TBD will not be accepted in any spaces).
 
An information packet including shipping information, a schematic showing the Supplier Celebration layout, and your location will be sent to you by late February. Meanwhile, if you are making travel arrangements, set-up time on the day of the Supplier Celebration will be from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm in Ballroom ABCD.

Supplier Networking time is scheduled from 12:30-1:00pm. We’ve observed that ABPM Suppliers members who partner with and support each other are even more successful. Use this time to build relationships with your fellow Supplier members.

With no exceptions, all Supplier spaces must be set up by 12:30 pm to avoid noise during the opening general session.

If you are shipping items directly to the hotel, you are bringing large items (crates, pallets etc.) or need items in addition to the skirted table and chairs (electric, AV, etc. - billed directly to you from the hotel), a hotel order form will be provided upon confirmation that you have a space. For all items other than electricity, send the form via email to Gina Youssefpour gyoussefpour@psav.com no later than Friday, March 13th.
