Virtual Supplier Celebration Information for Suppliers
One of the many benefits available to you as an ABPM Supplier member is free virtual booth space during the Supplier Celebration at the ABPM Virtual Spring Conference, Monday ,April 19th through Thursday, April 22nd (and post conference through May 28th). To receive a virtual booth, you must be registered to attend the conference.
Due to space constraints (turns out that’s a thing in virtual venues too), there are fewer spaces available than there are Supplier Members, so spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors are guaranteed a space and will be able to offer case-studies and demos, as part of their benefits. We encourage you to register for the conference and return this COMPLETED form as quickly as possible to ensure your company is represented at the Supplier Celebration. Your form will not be accepted unless you have at least one person from your company registered for the Spring 2021 Conference and this form is complete (TBD will not be accepted in any spaces).
Information that will include a link to an online form requesting assets customized for the virtual booth specs and features that correspond with your level of booth will be emailed to you the week of February 15th. Sponsors receive larger booths and features based on level – non sponsors will have virtual kiosks and a different set of features. All booths and kiosks will have a ‘Meet Us’ live chat feature. Suppliers will provide one virtual conference platform link for all three days in the online form noted above. Zoom is highly recommended for consistency of user experience, but is not required. Live Supplier Celebration ‘Meet Us’ times are below. Please have your platform open and ready to accept conference attendees at least 10 minutes prior to Live Supplier Celebration ‘Meet Us’ times.
